Elata Co., was established in 2004 and constructs factory, warehouse, retail outlets or any other kind of building/s as per specifications of the customer. This niche idea provides customers an alternative to buying their own land and develop their own facilities.
Elata mainly does it’s business in the largest and most populous province of Nakhon Ratchasima of Thailand. However may a customer needs some specific location elsewhere in Thailand we shall be able to provide the same.
Our buildings are high quality for lease to customers to shorten their start up period. By customer opting to lease form us they may divert their capital to they main business.
