ELATA started as a company producing a range of Ladies Innerwear extending from basic panties to complicated moulded bras with gel pads, cut and sew bras, foam padded, bullet moulded, gel bra, water bra, sports bra, panties, tangas, boyshorts body legs, camisoles and many more. It rose to become one of the leading exporter in a short span of 5 years. In 2011, the company started construction of the first comprehensive factory for its own use. In the process, we saw an opportunity to move into the construction business. After successfully leasing out our buildings in 2014 and 2017, the company decided to move its entire operations into real estate management in 2019. In the same year, it bought over the brand name of its sister company- Bema.
